For the past ten years, I’ve had the honor of walking alongside women and families as a birth doula. My work is deeply rooted in supporting women from all backgrounds—especially those with immigrant experiences, who may feel anxious or uncertain navigating the Dutch birth system.

As a mother of three, I know firsthand what it means to give birth far from home. Each of my own births took place in a different country, and those experiences have shaped the empathy, patience, and understanding I bring to my work today.

Whether you choose to give birth in a hospital, birth center, or at home, my goal is to ensure that you feel informed, supported, and confident in your own choices. Every woman’s path to birth is unique, and I believe that feeling seen, heard, and respected is the foundation for a positive birth experience—whatever form that may take.

I am here to hold space, provide practical and emotional support, and remind you that you are never alone in this journey.
